Bramley Buffaloes are preparing for their home clash with Huddersfield Underbank Rangers.
The game takes place on Saturday, July 26, (kick off 2.30pm) at the Arthur Miller Stadium, in the Cooperative RLC National Championship.
The Buffaloes snatched a late win 28-24 at Underbank in May, thanks to a late Tony Williams try.
"Underbank are a strong side, and have turned in good performances all season" said Buffaloes Head Coach Paul Cook. "It should be a cracker although the wider pitch at home should suit us more" he added.
Buffaloes and Underbank had several players in the England Lionhearts side at Hull on Sunday, and coaching staff from both sides will be hoping their charges came through without injury.
Buffaloes lost the popular John Elliker to injury in the last away match at Liverpool.
"It is sad for John whose has been playing so well this season. He will be out for some time so the lads will be fired up, wanting to win this one for him" said Cook.
With the summer set to make its appearance at long last this weekend, Buffaloes chairman Martyn Cheney is hoping for a good turn out, and encouraging Rhinos fans to come along.
"There is nothing like the Arthur Miller Stadium for rugby on a fine summer day. The pitch is wide and in excellent condition, a credit to the Stanningley ground staff.
"If you want some more free-flowing rugby get along on Saturday. You can even watch the Rhinos semi on television first, as it is an early kick off, or in the clubhouse at Stanningley."
