A joint man of the match award went to Richard H and Karl H.
Karen Teggart, of Bramley Phoneix U-13s, said: "The win was a nice end to the season. This was Bramley Phoenix's first season in Division 3 and they have played well.
She added: "Finishing sixth in the table they are looking forward to working and playing hard next season."
