Schools were told to keep pupils in class or year-sized 'bubbles'. This allows schools to easily identify those who may need to self-isolate if someone within the bubble tests positive for the virus. Since schools reopened in Leeds, a number of "bubbles" have been collapsed due to positive coronavirus cases. These are the 16 Leeds secondary schools and sixth form colleges we know to have been affected:
1. Leeds West Academy

Carr Manor Community School: A small number of year 11 pupils were sent home on on Tuesday September 22 after a pupil tested positive
3. Woodkirk Academy
Woodkirk Academy: Three confirmed Covid-19 cases, a single case in Year 13 and two in Year 11. A small number of Year 13 students and all Year 11 students have been told to self-isolate
4. Bruntcliffe Academy
