Bramley residents forge close knit friendships

They may be generations apart, but these Bramley residents have forged close-knit friendships.
Pupils at Raynville Primary in Bramley are regularly visited by members of Bramley Elderly Action at their 400-pupil school.

The children, aged eight to 11, take part in activities including arts and craft, baking and circle time with their special visitors, some of
whom are in their mid 80s.

To mark the long-running community project, pupils patiently put together a large mosaic which now hangs on a school wall.

It features individually crafted hand prints and the words "Building Bridges with our Silver Friends".
