A drug dealer who was on the run for NINE years before finally being arrested claimed he 'forgot' to hand himself in to police
Sabir Zada skipped police bail back in 2011 after he was arrested during an undercover operation to catch class A drug dealers in Wakefield.
Since then the 29-year-old has managed to remain at large despite reporting at an immigration centre every six months.
