Leeds pupils are en-pointe for dance theatre
These tiny dancers are taking centre stage to help raise money for Leeds-based Phoenix Dance Theatre.
Youngsters at Hovingham Primary School, in Harehills, have worked with dancers from the group to explore the curriculum through movement.
Since February the 35-year-old dance company has been campaigning to raise money following a series of cuts to its core funding.

Hide AdPupils at the school held a bake sale as a special way to say thank you to the team.
Donna Munroe, teacher at Hovingham Primary, said: “Experiencing the curriculum through dance, has allowed our children to grow in confidence.”
